Job Description
I operated as a Guest Service Expert. This entails close attention to detail with respect to guest requests and fine details pertaining to their stay. Additionally, I search for ways to go above and beyond to "Make it Right" for the guests.

Requirements
You must be able to interact well with guests and employees. Empathizing in all situations is of the utmost importance. Computer literacy is huge, as well as a clean-cut look and being well dressed.
